Anyway, are you rally sure about the authenticity of the source?....it seems exaggerated. Hope real lawmakers don’t get inspired by such stuff!!

There are a lot of laws that don’t even make sense. None are ever enforced though. They, I believe, are just too much work to get out of the system and there are too many of them. But most of those laws were made long time ago. But I would totally believe this too. Oh well.

Aneez, to be totally honest I wouldn’t be surprised at all to hear of a law like that. Lately there have been a lot of websites like this, rather articles, that display the stupidity of the Judicial system. Although good, it does have its black marks.

Well said @aneez ... how about a law which prohibits sex if there are insects or mosquitoes , say within the radius of 20-30 inches of the genital organs?? ...lol... God help those who are a bit experimental in having wild sex, may be in jungle !!!!!

Of course, for all of their inanity, these laws only approximate to the ridiculousness which is the interpretation of the second amendment to the constitution of the United States: the ”Right to bear arms”. OMG... what a mess. This right bears little resemblance to one’s current ability to do just about anything which would require a remote control with a gun, Homer Simpson style...

But returning to sex and American law... how curious that the country that has capitalised so greatly on the construction of a particular (and peculiar) sexual imagery has enshrined in it’s law controls and strictures on the sexual act which verge on the farcical.

Those are few dumb rules/laws that everyone will end up breaking

but I doubt if they exist, that’s not a reliable source and they havnt cited any of the laws.

But i wont underestimate the dumbness of law makers :P

‘Unnatural’ sex is forbidden in many countries including India. Most of the laws governing the Indian subcontinental countries are archaic laws made by the British. Oral sex, anal sex and any form of sex that is not penile penetration of the vagina is unlawful and punishable with prison terms.

The United States has some of the world’s funniest laws. Did you know that it is illegal (in some state there) for women to jump off airplanes wearing skirts on Sundays! I would be glad if people can send in with some laws they think are funny in their countries here.
