Hmm stupid government. Solar power is a really useful tool, even though the start up cost is high due to the expensive cells needed, but cells really generate a lot of free power and can easily cover the cost of set up. I myself have been an advocate of turbine power, if I had a choice, I would have one or two 3 blade wind turbines installed in my yard, which is a really a big field on a hillside. The breeze is really strong all the time.
